Black dress, book of self portraits
​
Over the corse of 18 months I atempted to take self portraits of myself in states of distress.
​
The work has taken three different forms so far:
1st a one to one performance. In a confinded space a member of the public enters the space, I take the book from the shelf, hold it aganist my chest and turn all the pages of the book while smiling. The person is free to leave at any time.
2nd Performance to camers video exhibited in galleris.
3rd A cobination of the above. I wore a black dress, attached to my chest is a long black
